Reflexology Session consists of one hour of foot and/or hand reflexology.
In a Reflexology Session you are in a softly lit room with soothing music, you lie comfortably, quietly on a massage table, with only your shoes and stockings removed. As lotion is applied to your feet with relaxing strokes by Stephanie Tsanas , our Certified Reflexologist, you begin to reach a relaxed state. Your feet receive a light rubdown and specific reflexology pressure and movements are applied to the reflexes in your feet . Every area and system in your body starts to relax, and begins to heal.
